Passion, drive and vision make a great entrepreneur!!

When thinking about how to define a entrepreneur who becomes great, I look at what drives their business. Often it is passion. In fact, passion is one of the core traits that define an entrepreneur whose headed for greatness.
The main components to great success in my opinion are passion, drive and vision.
It is often passion, drive and vision that define whether an entrepreneur headed for greatness.
This is because you have to be passionate about what you do and believe in your vision in order to be successful.
You also have to have the drive to keep going in spite of the circumstances or doubters that may try and discourage you.
Anyone with passion, drive, and vision is capable of succeeding.
Just look at Oprah Winfrey.
Her story helps you to know what defines an entrepreneur who becomes great.
Oh, and watch her story carefully, because her entrepreneurial success didn't come because she was born with a silver spoon in her mouth.
She was born poor and from a little country town.
She did not have an easy life to start off, but she had a dream and a vision for greatness.
Oprah's story is a story that inspires me.
She helps to define the characteristic of a successful entrepreneur - one who starts their business with passion, drive, and determination.
Oh, and I want you to pay particular attention to her story because she wasn't born with a path of success already carved out for her.
She had to pave her own way.
She blazed a trail because of the vision she had to be a successful talk show host.
If she can do it anyone can.
The key component to making success happen for you is that you have a vision, and that it is your own vision...not one that someone else has told you or sold you.
The real entrepreneurs keep going and never quit.
In fact it's the don't-stop-until-you-make-it attitude that separates a successful entrepreneur from a non-successful one.
Sure you will have ups and downs, and face obstacles, but if you keep going, you will succeed.
Oh, and another thing that defines an entrepreneur who is headed towards success is that their business passion starts first by showcasing how much they care about people.
People in general don't care about how much you know unless they know how much you care first.
That is the key because if you want to be a successful entrepreneur, you've got to know what you are selling.
And you aren't really selling products or services, per se, you are selling people on your one of a kind, world class customer service designed business that says, "I care."
One thing about Oprah's empire is that she is not selling products, per se, but she is the brand that people are buying by tuning into her show every day.
Her personality is what people buy because anyone who watches her knows that she has a knack for making people feel that she genuinely cares about them.
